If you have tailbone, hip, or lower back pain, or the occasional dreaded “sneeze pee” after giving birth- you could use some help closing the gap in your abdominals and strengthening your pelvic floor.
I call this class a “Workshop” because it’s about retraining your brain to use your muscles differently. Students have reported complete remission of back pain in 2 or 3 weeks, and incontinence issues completely disappearing in the same amount of time.
This is a functional fitness class. We welcome pre-crawling nursing babies. We need full brain power for this class. We meet Saturdays and Sundays for this purpose.
